Delivery Delivery Policy: We aim to provide our customer an appliance within 7-10 working days. Most spares (if in stock) will be despatched within 24 hours. Most of mainland Britain is covered (not N. Ireland), however the customers in the areas where our couriers do not cover will be contacted to ge given an option to pay extra for delivery or be offered a full refund.
A signature and proof of indentity is required upon receipt of delivery.
We have two delivery polices: · Local deliveries in Leicestershire & East Midlands (connection of appliance optional) · Nationwide deliveries (delivery & collection only)
All deliveries of appliances are free to addresses in Leicestershire & the East Midlands. Free installation is also provided locally except for gas & built-in appliances where a £60 charge applies. All delivery times are an estimate and are subject to change. Normally, if it is a stock item and you live locally you will receive your appliance the within 48 hours. We deliver appliances using our own fleet in our immediate geographical area of Leicestershire.
Local deliveries in Leicestershire & the East Midlands Delivery days Monday - Saturday
Delivery slots Morning slot 9am-1pm Afternoon slot 1pm-5pm
In Leicestershire we can offer a "Call first" option, however we ask that you make sure you answer as you may miss the time slot. If you require a late evening delivery it may be possible that we could use a subcontractor but the would be at extra charge of £20. An additional redelivery charge of £50 applies if an appliance has to be redelivered due to difficult access or customer absence.
All spares are delivered via Royal Mail at a cost of £6.
Nationwide deliveries All mainland UK deliveries are charged at £48, if it is a special order. However we do offer free nationwide delivery where posssible. This is indicated on the particular product page or on promotional banners.
Your order will be dispatched directly from the manufacturers distribution centre. They will be in direct contact with you to organise a delivery. We can ask for special instructions such as "Am if possible" or "Call first". However we cannot guarantee they will carry such a request.
Some suppliers may not have a home delivery service available. In these instances we will distribute the product from our warehouse using a courier.
For installation outside our local areas (i.e: the Midlands) we will recommend a suitable fitter to install your appliance.
We strongly advise our customers not to book fitters until they have received their goods and checked them for damage. Delivery is based on a one man door step delivery only to a ground floor location in the United Kingdom. An additional redelivery charge of £50 applies if an appliance has to be redelivered due to difficult access or customer absence.
