How To Order

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Ensure that you enter your name and address details accurately including a UK-based postcode (no orders will be accepted outside mainland United Kingdom). Spares are usually shipped via Royal Mail First Class at a cost of £6 per order. Electrical goods are delivered free locally (Leicestershire) and to other East Midlands locations. Deliveries to the rest of the UK are charged at £40 (Not including N. Ireland).

We accept all major credit/ debit cards including Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to place your order online you may order via phone, fax or by post. You can call us on 0116 266 6659.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will take your order over the phone.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. This contract of sale will only apply once we have contacted you, authorised your payment and your order is shipped. We reserve the right to substitute a product for a current model in the event of product unavailabilty. We also reserve the right to refuse to supply an order in the event of a pricing error. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the new price is acceptable.

There is a minimum £5 admin fee for cancelled confirmed delivery orders.

* When requesting a collection of an old appliance please ensure it is fully disconnected. Under no circumstances will we remove an appliance that is still connected to a gas or water supply.
