What is a standard delivery?
Our standard delivery is free to ground floor for standard sized appliances (washing machines, Tumble dryers, dishwashers, cookers, undercounter fridges and freezers)
- Product delivered within the agreed time frame
- Product placed inside the house in room that best suits you
- Product unpacked and checked to ensure there is no cosmetic damage
Two Man Delivery & Large Appliances
For large appliances such as range cookers & side by side refrigeration you will need to select a two man delivery option at checkout. If your appliance is to be delivered to above ground floor please select two man delivery. Failure to select this will result in a ground floor delivery and re-delivery charge will be applied.
Nationwide Delivery Service
For orders outside our free delivery areas, we offer a nationwide delivery only service for £59.99This serivce will be carried out by a third party and can take up to 10 days. However, before you order, there is a post code checker to advise as to whether you will be charge this deliveryPlease note we cannot offer an installation service for these deliveries.Small Appliance Delivery
Small appliances such as microwaves, kettles, toasters & food mixers are delivered at a cost of £10.Missed deliveries
